Anglian Buses agree to take action

Posted by: Stephen In: News

Anglian Buses have agreed to take action to ensure their buses are traveling through Brockdish at or below the speed limit.

Residents have become increasingly alarmed at the speed of the buses particularly as they enter and leave the village. Although the buses need to keep to their schedules there is concern that there could be a fatality if care is not taken. Andrew, from Anglian Buses agreed and said “We will do some monitoring of our buses through Brockdish, and take action as required”.

If you have concerns about the speed of the Anglian buses travelling through the village you can contact them on 01502 711109 or via email on office@angliancoaches.co.uk.

Despite an initial good response from Anglian Buses I am concerned that they will not put a time frame on accessing the speeds at which their buses travel through Brockdish.

I will keep you up to date here.

Much more varied I think. Some are clearly now much closer to the limit which some are clearly still not! It might be time to get the police involved now.
