Martial arts: Warlords action

Four fighters from Warlords Kickboxing Academy, which are based at Harleston leisure centre and Brockdish village hall, competed in a semi-contact show at Thurston on Sunday.
Nathan Fitzsimmons and Vincent Allen won their fights but Scott Sizer and John Hill lost out in their bouts 

On Monday, seven of the club’s youngsters had a successful grading. 

Lori-May Mullin and Kieran Everett passed red belt; Joshua Eastaugh 1st class yellow; Jack Pickenden 1st class orange; Craig Palmer and Shaun Palmer 2nd class green belt and Scott Sizer passed his black belt. On November 14, five fighters will have full-contact bouts, including an area title bout. Two days later, two fighters travel to Reading for a full-contact show for the bikma English title.
