We cycled over to Needham this afternoon to check out the new playground facilities which have been built there. Henry (our 17 month old son) seemed to be reasonable impressed although there we thought there was not much there. We cycled back towards Brockdish and stopped on the way at the Red Lion which is under new ownership.
Under the previous owners we had stopped there for a look at the menu one night and a pint and been scowled at! Tonight we stopped for a pint and sat outside and browsed the menu which looks reassuringly short and sounded tasty. We will give it a try and let you know what we think.

Its the same owners at the people at The Hoxne Swan. Lovely pub, lovely food. Shame it gained a bad reputation from the previous owners.
